Explanation

Article 1 - General
1.1. COMPANY complies with the "Law of 8 December 1992 on the protection of privacy with regard to the processing of personal data", as amended by the Law of 11 December 1998 as well as the anti-spam provisions of Book XII of the Code of Economic Law concerning the "law of the electronic economy".
1.2. COMPANY also complies with the European Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of personal data through this Privacy Policy.
1.3. The controller of your personal data is COMPANY. A declaration has been made to the Commission for the Protection of Privacy regarding the processing of your personal data.
Article 2 - Personal data
2.1. Personal data that you provide to us:
Category 1, without registration: your IP address;
Category 2: upon registration: when subscribing to our newsletter: your e-mail address;
Category 3: via cookies;
Category 4: your address details following the placing of a reservation.
2.2. COMPANY may collect data from you (Personal Data) in various ways: through the use of cookies (see below); during your registration and use of the Website;

Article 3 - Purposes of the processing
3.1. General purposes:
The Company will use the Personal Data collected from you solely for the following purposes::

You acknowledge that in the event of refusal of sharing or request for deletion of personal data, certain services and products will not be available.

5.3. Right to object:
You also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data for serious and legitimate reasons.

This does not affect a provision before a civil court.

Article 6 - Security and confidentiality
6.1. We have developed security measures that are adapted at technical and organizational level to prevent the destruction, loss, falsification, modification, unauthorized access or accidental notification to third parties of personal data collected, as well as any other unauthorized processing of these data.
